Seven Mile Café is searching for a Server for our restaurant!
We are an innovative AM eatery specializing in top-notch service and amazing menu items. We feature a full espresso bar with awesome morning coffee and alcohol options, plus a pet-friendly outdoor patio! Most of the menu is made from scratch and offers a unique twist on the classics. JOB DESCRIPTION
You will welcome the guest, describe food/beverage, ensure alcohol compliance, take orders, deliver food, and help grow revenue in the restaurant.
YOU WILL:
- Create a sense of community with guests.
- Inform guests of specials and/or promotions and suggests items.
- Take drink and food orders and accurately inputs into register system.
- Check guest identification to ensure age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Set up, maintain, and operate the bar area.
- Resolve guest complaints, investigate problems, and identify solutions.
- Adhere to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food, and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies.
- Develop strong working relationships within the team.
WE SEEK:

- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, required.
- Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
