What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Home Manager position at Seven Oaks Community Homes?
Manage a group home with 5 individuals, who have developmental disabilities,
Assists in the treatment plan objectives for each client and coordinates scheduling to facilitate maximum programming. Model's appropriate behaviors to staff when interacting with staff and clients. Provides instruction in policies and procedures. Supports direct care staff in habilitation efforts. Coordinates staff schedules, training, charting and data collection.

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
