Northway Academy is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals.  This position will support our Sartell location.


Responsibilities/Duties:

This position will primarily be responsible for providing administrative duties in support of the Sartell location. An ideal candidate would possess strong organizational skills, have the ability to work a flexible day shift schedule and work in a fast paced environment. Duties to include, but not limited to are; 

  • Answering phones
  • Forms and document management
  • Ordering and stocking supplies
  • Supporting the onboarding of new employees and admits
  • Occasional travel, shopping, running errands, etc.
  • And additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager and Clinic Director 

Requirements: 

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting or related field is preferred
  • Equivalent education/work experience will be considered
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word and Excel) and GoTo Meeting
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with multiple interruptions a day
  • Compassionate with an ability to set boundaries
  • Reliable and committed to making a difference for individuals and their families
  • Warm personality that is approachable and easily assimilates into various teams
  • Team player with an ability to work well with others to accomplish goals
  • Quick learner who can learn strategies that will best support the program and individuals served
  • Maintains a professional work ethic and appearance
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements as defined by the Company’s insurance carrier
