Behavioral Clinician

This position is flexible: coordinate your schedule with the individuals/their guardians. Work from home office, visit individuals in their homes and occasional meetings at our offices throughout Indiana.

In this role your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting our mission:
· Work with the individuals we serve and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document a range of behavior challenges.
· Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
· Create and implement individualized behavioral support plans.
· Use training and creativity to explore ways to decrease challenging problems for individuals served.
· Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.
Qualifications:
· Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, and Counseling.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within specific region
· Ability to have a flexible schedule to meet an individual’s needs
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Passionate about impacting the lives of those around you.
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
· A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
· A commitment to quality in everything you do.
