At Sevita, we believe that every individual deserves to live a full and independent life. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide transportation and support in the community, including outings, field trips, medical appointments, and shopping
• Assist with daily living skills, including meal preparation and medication administration
• Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, such as community participation, household budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and vocational responsibilities
• Support individuals with living skills, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Six months of experience in human services preferred
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Successful clearance of background checks
• Reliable and responsible attitude
• Compassionate approach and commitment to quality
