Employee Relations Senior Specialist
Do you have experience in Human Resources/Investigations and want to work for a company that positively impacts the wellbeing of the individuals it serves? In the Employee Relations Senior Specialist role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by providing support to the Employee Relations Center of Excellence and company-wide Human Resources team by reviewing employee relations inquiries.
This position is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
- Evaluate complex employee relations inquires with a high level of customer focus and sensitivity
- Plan, conduct, organize, and lead investigations concerning, but not limited to, harassment, discrimination, and reasonable suspicion
- Write timely, thorough investigation reports for submission to Compliance team and update case reports with details/results of the investigation
- Capture information in case management system and provide analytic data
- Analyze data to proactively identify trends and patterns and report findings appropriately
- Create and distribute analytical reports to Employee Relations stakeholders
- Ensure training materials are routinely updated to reflect any changes in the law or in company policy or procedure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3 to 5 years of experience required, with prior experience in Human Resources and Employee Investigations preferred
- Prior experience navigating complex employee relations issues preferred Must be customer-service focused
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, analytic, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Technically adept, with prior systems experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
