- Daily Pay: You'll have on-demand access your paycheck at any time through Dayforce Wallet
- Flexible Schedules: Full time and part time schedules with morning (6am-2pm), afternoon (2pm-10pm), and overnight (10pm-6am) shifts available
- Competitive Pay: Starting hourly rate of $18.75 an hour, and full benefits package for employees working 30 hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA AS AN IN-HOME CAREGIVER
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred; experience with individuals who are highly medically fragile required
- Skills: Communication, multi-tasking, adaptability, teamwork, time management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Schedule: Flexible schedules and all job-types available
