Pediatric Partners, a member of Sevita, is a pediatric therapy company with locations in North Dakota and Minnesota. Pediatric Partners is proud to offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy in addition to Early Intervention, therapeutic counseling, and applied behavior analysis to children from birth and up to the age of 21.

Admit Specialist
Schedule :
- Full time position
- Monday through Friday with requirement of staying until 5 : 30pm twice per week
- Option to work remote after completion of six months in the office
Responsibilities :
- Verify patient insurances using Availity, MMIS, and other resources
- Explain benefits to parents / guardians
- Schedule patient evaluations for outpatient therapy and mental health
- Use EMR system for charting and documentation
- Run and update monthly eligibility report
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree is preferred
- Prior knowledge of insurances / benefits preferred
- Knowledge of Smartsheet or Excel preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where daily goals must be met
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a commitment to quality in everything you do
