What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boardroom Greeter position at Sewell Family of Companies?
Boardroom Greeter:
The Boardroom, inside Sewell Lincoln, is currently searching for an energetic and friendly team member to join our team. We are hiring a greeter with great customer skills for the public. Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus!
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, shifts available between 7:00 am – 9:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patrons as they enter the dining area
- Assisting guests in ordering & recommendations
- Properly manage wait list and reservations
- Efficiently operate cash register & responsibly handle cash
- Delivering food and beverages to guests with a smile
- Taste testing & quality assurance for every plate
- Maintaining a clean & orderly dining area
- Collecting & returning used dishes to the kitchen for washing
- Restocking Refrigerators, shelves, & displays
- Counting & tracking inventory
- Disposing of trash
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements:
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Background and drug screening
- Ability to multitask
- Work weekends/evening
Physical requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
