The executive assistant manages administrative tasks for the General Manager.
Executive assistants are responsible for the coordination of calendars, scheduling meetings, and acting as a liaison between management and team members.
A good Executive Assistant needs to be resourceful, innovative, and proactive to support their executive leader. They must think independently to make decisions under pressure, and they need to have good communication skills to share information with their supervisor efficiently and effectively.
Duties include:
- Managing the executive's daily calendar
- Scheduling meetings and confirming appointments
- Helping prepare for meetings
- Arranging travel for executives
- Opening and distributing e-mails and correspondences
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Provide administrative support
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional discretion.

Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars, teams, excel, scanners and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
