About the Role
Hours: 15-20/hrs weekly; M-F (3-4 hours per day)
Description
The principal lives in Santa Monica, CA and is a podcaster in the health and wellness space. You will primarily be supporting the principal and her partner (who also works with her company) and their two small dogs. This role will work closely with the principal’s Executive Assistant while coordinating with the housekeeper and gardener.
Requirements
Minimum 1 yr of experience in a similar role
Valid CA drivers license
Operational vehicle
Self-starter who likes to work with a team

Responsibilities
Run errands (shopping, dry cleaning/alterations, misc.)
Order groceries, bath and beauty supplies, and other household goods (maintaining desired stock level in home)
Assist with meal prep:, stock refrigerator, cut up vegetables, etc.
Light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, emptying trash, picking up around the house, changing sheets as needed, organizing drawers, shelves, and closets etc. (Note: house is deep cleaned on a regular basis)
Send, pickup and track packages and mail
Transport dogs to vet and grooming appointments
Take principals car for wash as needed (fill the gar with gas, auto repair/maintenance, as needed)
Coordinate with the handyman for any home repairs needed
Assist principal in packing/unpacking for trips (clothes, toiletries, etc.) and assist with pulling outfits for social obligations, events as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
4 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Santa Monica, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
