THE OPPORTUNITY:
As an Immigration Case Administrator, you will be part of our national Business Immigration and Global Mobility practice and will support client accounts by facilitating the filing of immigration cases by performing administrative tasks related to case preparation and filing and other duties assigned.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment,
Navigate complex technology platforms efficiently,
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, as appropriate for the needs of the audience (clients, governmental agencies, internal and external resources),
Assemble, finalize, copy and package immigration cases,
- Coordinate with cross-office and offshore teams to prepare filings and meet deadlines,
- Upload documents or make general updates in our case management system,
Process mail and government correspondence, and,
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidates should have strong organizational, communication and prioritization skills, be able to multi-task and work independently. Candidates should have a strong sense of accountability and teamwork.
YOU HAVE:
- College degree preferred.
A strong desire to work in a team-oriented environment to meet client objectives related to their foreign national employees.
- Prior immigration experience is a bonus but not required.
