The Role
This Senior Manager (Sr. Mgr.) role is a member of the Digital & Product Engineering Finance Team, delivering impactful, insightful, and actionable financial analysis to our Digital business partners to guide effective decision-making. The candidate filling this role will be instrumental in providing support as the Digital & Product Engineering Domain moves towards providing the easiest, simplest, and fastest digital experience to our clients and associates. Disciplined financial analysis, strong relationship building and management and the ability to understand how to communicate useful financial information to business partner are essential. Success will require an analytic attitude, strong collaboration skills, comprehensive problem solving, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred. 8 years of related work experience.
- Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Revenue Models and Scenario Modeling
- You are flexible and able to contribute to the team on multiple projects.
- Strong analytic, organizational and communication skills, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of financial, presentation, and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Tableau, Business Objects, Anaplan, SQL)
- Proven ability to craft presentations for senior management
- Intellectual curiosity
- Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with proven business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with your ability to influence others and build relationships
- Ability to develop and implement financial reporting that drives good financial discipline
- Unmatched organizational and prioritization skills – ability to coordinate, think and act decisively and always with a broad perspective
- Proven ability and flexibility to manage multiple high-priority, highly visible deliverables in a deadline driven environment
