What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborating closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing Packs product into boxes, retrieves product from equipment and operates machinery Making incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured products Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to setup new production jobs Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area Assists other departments as needed We’d love to hear from you if: You have previous manufacturing experience and/or training Read and comprehend standard work instructions, math and measuring Arrive to work on time with a strong attendance record An individual looking to advance with a high school diploma or GED Job Requirements: Computer literate Ability to work either 8 or 12-hour shifts/OT/weekends/holidays Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and use roll handling equipment Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Why You’ll Like Working With US: We care about YOU through employee development, providing excellent benefits, investing in your future and valuing diversity and inclusion.
