What are the responsibilities and job description for the AudioVisual Support Analyst position at SGA Inc.?
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of direct work experience with AV and video teleconferencing solutions and technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, or Third-Party cloud conferencing products, operational activities, and engineering
- Understanding of and ability to troubleshoot signal paths for audio and video
- Ability to read and interpret AV drawings
- Experience with networked AV technology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10) and applications (Office 2016, O365), Mac, iOS operating systems
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including streaming codecs, video compression technology, video editing, real-time communications (WebRTC, VoIP, SIP, H.323)
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
