Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Data Operations Pricing Analyst for a CONTRACT/RIGHT TO HIRE assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in Pittsburgh, PA
This requirement is to cover a role with the Data Operations Pricing Utility team. Primary responsibility will be the validation of Equity and Fixed Income prices in our Eagle Accounting platform. Strong attention to detail is critical as this process is foundation for valuing client portfolios. Knowledge or exposure to Bloomberg is a benefit but not critical. Familiarity with Excel is also helpful.

How many years exp are you looking for? 0 3 years
Is financial exp a must? No, but definite advantage, especially if having leveraged Bloomberg as part of college classes
Degree required/type? Business related, but as long as graduated no real specifics although ideally GPA > 3.0
Will position be a remote start or onsite? Remote with at least 3 days in the office is currently expected. New joiners should expect potential for additional in office training days to help them get up to speed
Will the candidate be required to provide their own equipment? Potentially at the start the candidate may be require to leverage their own lap top/pc, but once onboarded a Bank laptop and other equipment will be provided
What are the top 3 skills that you'll be looking for on a resume? Ability to be a self-starter and a team player, i.e. even if own work completed, go looking for something else to learn or to assist the team. Computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office/EXCEL. Financial market understanding.
