SGRX is a Privately-owned, Michigan Corporation providing Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) services to private and public entities nationwide, including Self-funded organizations and Government programs.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join our Account Services team. The position is full-time
Account Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assists Account Executive (s) with an assigned book of business, focusing on day-to-day support, client trend management, and cultivating multi-level client relationships
- Builds and maintains client relationships by ensuring appropriate levels of service and operational support
- Accountable for understanding the primary business objectives of the client, understanding and managing shared goals, and demonstrating program value to the client
- Actively supports members of the Account Team, and members of the extended team, in successfully meeting client needs
- Track and process various change requests from clients and other system queues timely and accurately
- Research system issues and update information subsequent to client inquiries via phone or email
- Assist with system and reporting testing and system setup as requested
- Process enrollment and termination member eligibility requests
- Track milestones and deliverables, timely recognition/notification of risk indicators and provide regular status updates to Leadership
- Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Assist Account Executive in implementing new clients
- Various other tasks as determined by SGRX leadership
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years’ PBM or managed care experience
- Experience with Microsoft and video conference applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet turnaround times
- Team player with a “can do” attitude in a fast-paced, diverse environment
- Readily takes initiative to learn and works to get results
- Pharmacy Technician Certification an asset
