Shack Shine is a professional home services company specializing in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, and holiday lights installs servicing parts of Fairfax County and Loudoun County.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Completing window washing, gutter cleaning and pressure washing of high-end residential homes with the latest equipment and technology
• Install and takedown of custom commercial grade Christmas lights during our busy fall season
• Organizing and managing equipment, including an awesome new Mercedes Sprinter van
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Representing Shack Shine in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
• Working throughout the Chantilly, Aldie, Ashburn, Herndon, Reston, and Fairfax areas

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of labor or customer service experience
• Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable
• Being comfortable with heights is a must, ladder experience preferred
• Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting, and handling tools
• Driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Completing jobs for customers using all our equipment
• Organizing and managing equipment
• Safely navigate extension ladders up to 32’ around customers homes
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of the van
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Invoicing and payment completion for every job
• Selling further services to customers
• Owning marketing around each job site
• Driving the van to and from each job
• Planning and managing the job site
• Navigating PIPEline to determine job details and communicate with customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
