Country Club Receptionist

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

Serves members by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of member/guest arrival; maintains telecommunications system. Position perform the job of take out service for dinner service. Must have a positive outgoing personality.

Receptionist Job Duties:

• Welcomes members and guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs members by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Always maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shaker Heights, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
