New team members are initially trained and perform in one station but are encouraged to learn and progress through all job functions. FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER

Summary Description:

Provide our guests with consistently high-quality Shakeys menu items.

Prepare products according to Shakeys standards, efficiencies, teamwork, and guest expectations.

May be deployed to Fry, Pizza, or Buffet station as a Cook, as a Food Runner, or with additional initial training, as a Beverage Attendant, Cashier or Game Room Attendant.

Summary of Essential Duties

• Consistently practice Shakeys Service standards to ensure a quality, fun Shakeys guest experience.
• Consistently follow recipes and procedures to prepare and cook consistently high-quality menu items.
• Complete opening/closing procedures for workstations.
• Prep all items for the workstation, as necessary.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of food products and ingredients.
• Effectively manage and eliminate waste.
• Stock workstations with products and supplies when necessary.
• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Comply with Food Safety and Sanitation requirements for personal, workstation cleanliness and food handling.
• Support other workstations, as needed.
• Cross-train on other workstations.
• Demonstrate teamwork and respect at all times.
• All other duties, as assigned.
