PBX Operator Full Time Rotating Position Summary
Supports the hospital by operating switchboard. Answers, screens, transfers incoming and outgoing calls. Monitors alarms and code situations to activate notification systems when directed
Responsibilities
Answers calls in efficient manner, uses digital pages as needed. Accesses patient information, uses scripting for all interactions
THE PBX OPERATOR FULL TIME ROTATING CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Required: High School Graduate or equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Required: 6 months as operator or in customer service
