Job Title
COREtec Product Coordinator
Position Overview
The Coretec Product Coordinator role will assist the GTM and Product managers in the areas of GTM sample timeline while managing recommended sample scheduling for maintenance and key style analysis while staying within the sample budget.
This person will manage workfront and the processes that are associated with GTM needs related to product and sample type sets as well as working with the information center and concierge groups.
This role will assist in Overseas sample and display procurement and will be responsible formaintaining timeline goals associated with sample and product launches.
Responsibilities :
Will aid in managing support for Showpad and Lifesaver content for clear and concise communication to the field with collaboration from sales enablement.
This role will also assist in drop communication and execution
This role will be responsible for entering sample packages and managing special Geographical leaders requests to serve the respective areas.
Will work with the Product Manager to reduce excess inventory and promote profitable ways to amplify the messaging to the salesforce.
Experience :
High School Diploma and 2 years of administrative / office experience.
Excellent organizational skills
Detail oriented with a strong focus on delivering maximum results
Proficient in Microsoft software and Qlikview operations
