We are a Shed building company who specialize with building that are $50,000 and have been growing at a blessed rate to the point were we are looking for a person inhouse to do our marketing. This position is one that will require someone who enjoys the challenges of results with a sandbox approach to getting there. Our only request is that it produces- Leads, sales, and attracts more clients to the business.

With the freedom of operation, we have found many marketing specialist struggling to grasp the concept of "do whatever you want but get us results". We are not looking to manage you in this role, nor to be the ones providing you with direction and recommendations, but instead hope you are the one providing direction and recommendations to us.

Philosophy- We believe you should enjoy the fruits of your labor and that work should not be a place that is a "Hangout" but a place that is challenging and stretching our capabilities. We absolutely have fun, but that is a byproduct of winning and not the other way around. We are slow to hire, quicker to fire(we haven't fired anyone since May of 2022 but will if we have to), believe ideas are more important then titles, and many more. When you come on site we can go over all the philosophies of business that we adhere too.

    • Photo/Video Developing
    • Blog posts
    • Social media management

Afterwards when the second interview is over, the supervisor, team, and HR sit down and assess the pros and cons and if we all agree that you are a great fit, you will be notified and given a job offer.
