Shelf Engine is searching for a Market Specialist to join our growing Field Team. In this role, you will provide your expertise to assist your region's Market Lead and Regional Managers, while serving as an essential resource to our Inventory Specialists.
As a Market Specialist, you will:
- Facilitate training of new and existing team members
- Analyze inventory and audit quality of work
- Execute in-store special missions for both new and existing customers
- Build strong, customer-centered relationships with store teams while training Inventory Specialists to do the same
- Solicit feedback on customer satisfaction and partner with leaders to address concerns
- Complete routes to maintain coverage, as needed
- Become a subject matter expert on inventory and merchandising processes
- Monitor Slack and reports from the field to gather any issues and escalate to the correct department
- Collaborate efficiently and effectively to support launches and expansions in your region
- Travel within markets to support launch needs, special missions, and training with a certain level of autonomy to meet team's needs
What we are looking for in a candidate:

- Experience in the Grocery or Food Service industry is helpful but not required
- Available to work 40 hours per week with flexibility

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Smartphone - Android or iPhone
- Ability to work in a walk-in cooler
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Authorization to work in the US for any employer
