POSITION SUMMARY:
Develops and implements short and long-term marketing strategies targeted towards acquiring new business and revenue opportunities through existing clients' growth and by successful identification and ultimately securing of new customers, tenants and network accounts. Collects and analyzes data and statistics to continuously identify trends, innovate efforts, and improve the Department's efficiency and success.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to help achieve corporate objectives for Sheltair products and services.
- Develop and manage the Marketing staff and operating budgets.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, digital (SEO), and electronic media, press releases, direct mail, and trade shows/conventions.
- Develop and recommend for the Company product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Continuously innovate and modernize sales and marketing efforts to meet digitalization standards.
- Monitor competitor’s sales and marketing activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, prospects, strategic partners, and key clients to grow existing business and acquire new accounts.
- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate and family business image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, branding, and events.
- Coordinates attendance and representation at all Company trade shows, industry meetings to promote brand and products.
- Support the FBO and Properties Teams to prepare meetings with key clients to maintain relationships/assist in negotiations and develop strategies to successfully close deals.
- Oversee HubSpot CRM through consistent input and timely report generation.
- Manage and direct the members of the Marketing department and oversee their respective responsibilities and duties.
- Preparation of sales plans, business plans, and sales presentations.
- Development of the required material for all RFP, Airport Presentations, and other industry participation events
- Responsible for the strategies and development of print and media materials, branding, social media, press releases, media events and company announcements and frequent industry communications
EDUCATION ORWORK EXPERIENCE:
- University degree in Business, with a concentration in Marketing MBA preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) plus years of relative industry experience in leading a marketing team and /or proven success in a marketing management position
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concept and practices
- Strong project management & performance management skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to compile and analyze performance data to metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent campaign
- Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective time management, organization, and leadership skills
*Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
