Position Summary: The Special Projects Program Manager will manage key aspects of the Housing Stability Pilot Program, overseeing the Homelessness Prevention Program, Rentwise, Risk Mitigation, and Coordinated Entry. The Special Projects Program Manager will supervise and train a team to deliver consistent, high-quality, supportive housing services to every participant while overseeing and managing client data accurately, confidentially, and securely. As part of a team of managers, the Manager will ensure all emergency and housing programs work in concert to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key aspects of the Housing Stability Pilot Program.
- Supervise and train a team of staff and professional volunteers to deliver consistent and high-quality services to all program participants.
- Oversee and manage client data and statistics, including demographics, outcome measures, goals & objectives, and grant-specific requirements for federal and local grants. Maintain all client records, files, and reports to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and security.
- Work with a team of managers to ensure all emergency and housing programs work together to achieve high-level outcomes.
- Provide short-term support services to individuals and families who are at risk of homelessness. Clients should receive high performing services in accordance with Shelter House policies, mission, vision, and values.

Requirements
Position Qualifications:
- Commitment to mission, vision, and work of Shelter House.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related human services field preferred.
- Experience working in services for homelessness, mental health, and substance use/abuse.
- Enthusiastic about Housing First approach.
- Commitment to and previous experience in developing a trauma-informed workplace that demonstrates a balance of kindness, competence, and care towards self, colleagues, and populations served.
- Minimum of two years work experience in federal- and state-funded programs addressing emergency services and housing.
- Strong competency in Windows-based computer environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
