Summary:

Responsible for executing the order fulfillment process from purchase order to shipment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and are not limited to:

  • Coordinate activities related to the order fulfillment process
  • Maintain working relationships with clients, manufacturer representatives, outside engineers, and third-party service providers
  • Input and maintain information into CRM systems
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Complete job submittal documents meeting specifications
  • Coordinate and track submittal drawings and engineered stamp drawings with CAD department, clients and necessary third parties
  • Create schedule and project timeline
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Perform design conformance inspection of finished products
  • Determine and manage delivery expectations
  • Participate in process improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience:

Associates degree or combination of education and work experience managing projects in industrial/commercial and/or construction industries.

Computer Skills:

Strong computer skills including: QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and ACT!

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret working drawings and specifications. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Skilled communications. Client management skills.

Mathematical / Analytical Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Knowledge of basic electrical calculation, applicable codes and standards, rules and regulations.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to determine alternate project scopes.
