Job Summary:
The Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn is seeking an experienced and team-oriented candidate for the Restaurant Reservationist position. This is a part time position. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays/nights, weekends and/or holidays.
Essential Functions:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to guest inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
- Generate guest interest in the company’s products or services.
- Provide personalized guest service by addressing guests/ needs are crucial aspects of the job.
- Document and report on guest feedback to improve the guest experience.
- Answer menu and restaurant inquiries.
- Take bookings from guests through various means, such as phone or online, record and assign tables according to customer requests and automated system suggestions.
- Notify restaurant manager of any special requirements.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
