CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Must be available 24-32 hours per week, August 4, 2023 – May 6, 2024
Position Responsibilities may include:

Ensure best practices are in place for efficient, effective, and accurate credit approvals and management of Accounts Receivable to achieve the Enterprise’s Sales, Working Capital and RONAE objectives.

Provide strategic business process design and oversight to manage and control material delinquent accounts to mitigate risk and minimize bad debt losses for the Enterprise.

Provide an efficient and effective Enterprise framework for customer credit lines Customer Accounts across the Enterprise.

Provide strategic guidance and oversight in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures across Enterprise.
Potential Projects may include:
-Processes testing, training, and evaluation
‐ Evaluate efficiency of electronic payments from customers
‐ Oracle customer master maintenance
Credit Management system evaluation and Strategies
‐ Misc projects.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW WILL BE USED IN THE JOB POSTING PROCESS)
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Current undergraduate student pursing a degree in Finance or Accounting or Business‐related field
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Must be able to research and interpret financial statements used by corporations including the income statement and, balance sheet.
Must have excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web‐based applications (Google Chrome, MS Edge)
Problem‐solving and analytical skills Ability to be self‐directed and able to multi‐task Completed at least two full years of undergraduate education
