What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Support Manager position at Sherwin-Williams?
This position will serve as a mentor and trainer for managers who are new in role and/or new to the District and may also serve as a temporary manager where there is a need for temporary store coverage to ensure continuity in service and support of the store’s customers. The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced Store Manager or former Store Manager with a record of results in sales and service, a strong operational knowledge and a track record of successful leadership and development of store teams.
This position’s typical schedule is 48 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
