Hours of Operation : Tue & Wed 3-9pm
Tue & Wed 3-9pm
Thu 11 : 30am-9pm (kitchen last call is 8 : 30)
Fri & Sat 11 : 30am-11pm (kitchen last call is 10 : 30)
We're looking for part time and full time cooks and a co-kitchen leader. Weekend and evening availability is required .

About Us :
We are a local, family owned brewery in our 18th year in business! Our food is made from scratch using local ingredients as well as our beer.
Our entire kitchen staff works to ensure that only picture perfect food and drink are delivered to each guest. Our menu includes appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza, mac and cheese, and burgers.
Looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and enjoys working in a dynamic kitchen environment. Your sense of humor is an asset to our daily functions!
Skills & Experience :
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Responsibilities :
- Assist in food preparation and cooking.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries, rotating stock, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
