Job Summary
The Returns Clerk will work as part of a team processing all daily RMA's returned by customers in a timely manner. The Clerk will interface with both sales representatives and vendors throughout the returns process and will process RMA's.

Responsibilities
Process RMA's through AX
Inspect each package for correct items, broken items, missing items, and record any problems with the package
Contact vendors for confirmation and validation of RA's and other questions regarding RA
Express issues/problems/concerns clearly to both internal employees and vendors
Repackage and shipping of RMA's
Utilization of the UPS shipping machine - internal shipping program and scales
Field general questions from sales
Documenting important information in a SharePoint sites
Shipping freight by palletizing and strapping shipment
Will lift items/packages of a maximum of 50lbs
Qualifications
Position requires ability to lift at least 50lbs
General knowledge of a windows run computer
High School Diploma or direct equivalent
Required Skills
Ability to run and work from a windows computer
Ability to problem solve
Ability to pay attention to detail
Self-motivated with excellent follow up skills
Must work well in a team environment
Process and policy oriented
Excellent written/verbal communication skills including but not limited to proper phone and email etiquette
Ability to express issues/problems/concerns clearly to both internal employees and vendors
Strong sense of customer service
Organizational and maintenance skills in work area as well as records and emails
Unique Requirements
Position requires ability to lift at least 50lbs
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $35,360 - $50,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
