Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, costs, resources and timing.
- Developing process improvements to increase level of service utilizing business and technical resources.
- Developing, managing and maintaining ongoing work plan and coordinating schedules and activities.
- Ensuring all milestones, financial targets and success metrics are met.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing/ Advertising, or related field or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
Experience
- 2 years - Experience working for an external advertising agency, managing an advertising agency relationship as a client required
- 1 year - Project management, customer service or retail experience is required.
Skills\Certifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
