What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Coordinator - San Antonio position at Shift?
Shift is looking for a Lot Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for managing the organization, quality, and maintenance of the inventory lots.
What you'll have:
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer, tablet, and iOS proficiency (Preferred)
- Verified experience of working in fast paced, flexible working environment
- Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.
- Flexible work schedule. Willing to work weekends
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time (5 - 8 hours a day)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
What you'll do:
- Work closely with the fleet dispatcher to ensure timely staging for outgoing and incoming vehicle shipments.
- Ingress and document transportation dropoffs using iOS tooling
- Partner with the Inventory team during promotional runs
- Partner with field team to ensure vehicles are located, quality checked, and on time for appointment departure
- Proactively manage lots and identify opportunities to improve organization
- Manage and rotate EV vehicles based on charge capacity for same day and next day appointments.
- Perform lot audits on a regular cadence for accounting purposes and resolve incorrect vehicle locations
- Daily review of vehicle condition documentation to ensure online listings matches actual
- Ensure QR product labels are attached and accurate for all listed vehicles
- Maintain an open feedback channel between field teams and recon to level set expectations on lot organization
