Description :
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations, to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and performance.
