Contract
Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module & Help Desk
Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages
Nice to Have
Prior knowledge of ORC, Talent, Compensation will advantage
Prior experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages
