Responsibilities
This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail; pass inventory and fulfillment; and returned mail (Nixie) processing. The Lead position will assist the Fulfillment Supervisor with motivating and mentoring staff. Based on the needs of the Back Office, this position also performs various back office duties and CSR duties; and assists clients with issues.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail; operates equipment including but not limited to sorters, scanners, and printers.
- Makes certain timely and accurate processing of video bills, tag fulfillments, payments, and other back office duties with established company policies and standards.
- Accurately logs, labels and processes incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scans incoming customer correspondence in a timely, accurate manner per established company standards.
- Effectively communicates via written, verbal, and electronic correspondence.
- Possesses overall knowledge of company/client guidelines for order fulfillment.
- Reaches or exceeds daily quotas for number of orders shipped.
- Records individual completed daily work statistics.
- Backs up the call center incoming phone calls per established company standards.
- Helps other departments with their tasks as needed.
- Maintains an above average attendance record.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED 2 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior mailroom or customer service or call center experience
- Demonstrated productivity in a team environment, focusing on customer
- Detail oriented ability to multi-task, highly
- Strong data entry and computer
