Private Nanny/Caregiver

Hello,

My name is Marlene and my home is located in McKinney, Texas. We are a family of 5 looking to add a caregiver to our family dynamic. I work from home and I am very hands on with my children, however I am looking to hire an experienced Nanny who can provide structure, routine and activities as my children are growing and are very active. Most times, we are a household of children aged one and two, but on scheduled days we do also have our 8 year old. Ideally we would want someone Monday-Friday who can be available between the hours of 7:30am-8:00pm. Most shift times would be in the M-F 7:30am-3:00/4:00pm window but on certain days the shift time may be from 11:00am-8:00pm, date night shifts and certain weekends.

We are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate, patient, creative, loves outdoors, optimistic and open to learning.

Our caregiver would be responsible for:

- Meal prepping (cutting fruit, juicing, prepping to-go snacks)

- Diaper bag packing

- Assist with travel packing

- Cleaning up after meals (dishes, highchairs, floor, counters ect)

- Sanitize play area

- Cleans and puts away kids laundry

-Develop a morning routine (brushing teeth, brushing hair, getting dressed)

-Develop a napping routine.

-Going on walks, to the park, kid activities

- Assisting in developing independence/familiar with Montessori home environment

- Open to travel - Has Passport and a flexible schedule

- Preferred to be fluent in a second language Spanish, French, Haitian Creole

- Must be experienced working with textured hair

- Assist with Stroller and carseat cleaning maintenance

- Assist in teaching/going over numbers, letters and colors.

- Conscious food choices/ household products
