Sales Represntative

Ship Central is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer service oriented, has a strong work ethic, and is a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively and competently discuss the services we offer
• Ability to extract all relevant information from a prospect to allow us to develop the best solution for them that is mutually beneficial
• Adaptive and able to jump in and work collaboratively with Support to address and resolve customer related issues
• Well versed in our pricing structure(s) and how they correlate with the clients operational needs
• Will need to be self motivated and able to work independently
• Will need to be a great communicator with an emphasis on building and maintaining customer relationships
• Will be responsible following through with all leads that are converted and sent to Billing to ensure their profile is created and that the initial payment is processed
• Will be responsible for ensuring the Billing process is completed and sent to Customer Support to schedule an Onboarding Call
• Will be involved with the onboarding call to ensure all questions and or concerns are answered
• Additionally will set expectations for weekly follow up for the first 30 days after the onboarding has been completed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields desired.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy.
• 2-5 years of over the phone sales experience
• Experience in a logistics or private label environment preferred.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
