As an Executive Assistant (EA), you’ll build a close, one-to-one partnership with two members of the executive team. You’ll be an invaluable asset with the skills to manage multiple demands and occasionally supporting others when needed. Responsibilities and key attributes include: Ability to synthesize information and create appropriate messaging for a variety of internal and external audiences. Exceptional brand manager as you uphold Shipt’s values, complement your leader’s work style and operate with the utmost poise and professionalism. Strong communication skills will ensure you’re a trusted resource in your interactions with external and internal partners. Ability to stay up to date on the complexities and nuances of the businesses your leader oversees. Manage priorities and processes for a leader who is often traveling and always on the go. Project management skills will aid in removing complexity and maximizing your leader’s time. Utilize skills for solving problems, thinking critically, and recognizing roadblocks before they arise. Ensure confidentiality, flexibility and exceptional time management will be key to your success. Requirements 6 years of experience as an executive assistant, legal assistant, or similar experience 3 years of direct support of a Senior Leader/Executive Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate to variety of levels, both internally and externally Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment Demonstrate an understanding of legal language, principals, research methods and draft documents as requested Ability to synthesize information and communicate at a high level by understanding business priorities and appropriate level of messaging Exceptional collaboration skills to partner across the organization Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and delegate as needed; flexible with a high degree of initiative, strategic thinking and ability to balance fluctuating workload High attention to detail Proficiency in G-Suite Four-year degree or paralegal certificate preferred We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
