Baptist Ambulance is now hiring for multiple part-time EMTpositions for Special Event shifts in and around the Memphis Metropolitan area.
Special Event EMT's will have no requirement to work Daily Ambulance Shifts but must maintain contact with the Special Events Scheduler and pickup event shifts when able.
Baptist Ambulance is the preferred ambulance service provider for patients at Baptist Memorial Health Care affiliated facilities and is a part of the Priority Ambulance family of companies, one of the country's fastest growing national private ambulance companies. Baptist Ambulance is the primary EMS Provider for AutoZone Park, Memphis Runners Track Club, Memphis Youth Athletics, the Landers Center and "Ole Miss" in Oxford, Mississippi.
Job Summary
Functions as special event stand by EMT. Provides patient care to event attendees as needed. Assists and coordinates with on-site security, law enforcement, first aid station personnel and other EMS personnel as required. Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

Schedule and Basing
Variety of day and evening shifts available, must be flexible regarding shift assignments. Will be assigned as roving EMTs, Paramedics, or EMS Golf Cart Crew as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- State of Tennessee Driver's License

EMT & AEMT Certification
- Dual TN/MS preferred and assistance in obtaining such provided by Baptist if you possess NREMT
- AHA Basic Life Support Certification
- Physically Able to Perform Job Duties
