What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Assistant position at Shoe Orthodontics?
We are GROWING!!!!
Our team is looking for a Clinical Assistant (or two) to join our Shoe Ortho Family!
Are you tired of being on a team that is more motivated by individual accolades and recognition rather than a team that is highly collaborative??
At Shoe Orthodontics our team members work together and share credit. We listen to one another and our guests (patients) and we make changes accordingly and often. When people collaborate instead of compete, amazing things happen. If you haven't been to our office, come experience the sincere family atmosphere that we have created for our coworkers, and most importantly our guests. We bend over backwards (and maybe do some flips ) to make sure our guests are happy. If you aren't exuding high levels of positive energy and a willingness to make the experiences at our office the best part of our guests' day, then you won't last long here.
We’ll be honest, working at Shoe Orthodontics isn’t for everybody. If spending hours with face-to-face customer interaction annoys you, then we’re not for you. If giving back to the local community by volunteering your time seems like a waste of time, then we’re not for you. On the other hand, if you’ve got mad people skills, are drama-free, have a personality that shines through like a ray of sunshine and are up for working in our fast-paced and cutting-edge office, then you need to apply for our Orthodontic Assistant position!
Responsibilities include:
