THE ROLE
Are you a self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a busy environment? Do you enjoy working on several projects and being detail-oriented? Do you usually find yourself organizing and coordinating? If so, you’ll be perfect for our HR Assistant role.
Our HR Assistant will ensure our HR processes continues to stay up to game and continue to develop. Coming into our department you will be assisting across different areas of HR, which means tons of learning!
THIS IS WHAT A DAY AT WORK MAY BE LIKE…
- Provide support throughout HR
- Ensure the off-boarding process runs smoothly – you will own this process
- Maintain strong partnership with store and district managers
- Keep all reports up to date
- Send all term documents in a timely manner
- Term employees from systems (HRIS – UKG)
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
- Influences others to behave in an ethical manner.
ABOUT YOU…
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Computer Savvy
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Clerical experience
- Must be comfortable with filing
- Enjoy working with other departments to achieve set tasks? Perfect!
