Position Overview

Calling All Game Changers! We’re hiring Restaurant Leaders to manage the daily operations of a restaurant. General Managers and Assistant Managers will be responsible for all areas of operations: product, service, team, sales, and costs. 
 

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent

• Minimum of 18 years of age to operate motor-driven 

• General Manager: Minimum 3 years progressive food service management experience

• Assistant Manager: Minimum 6 months food service supervisory or management experience

• Knowledge of all restaurant policies, practices, and operational and human resource procedure

• Ability to apply all Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, and codes to daily operations

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with others

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Good working knowledge of word processing and email applications

• Reliable transportation 

• Associate degree in related field preferred, but not required

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred, but not required

Physical/mental:  Continuously utilizes speech, hearing, near vision, eye/hand coordination, color definition, manual/bi-manual dexterity.  Frequently stands, walks, reaches above shoulders, bends, lifts, and/or carries up to 25 lbs., works closely with others.  May require difficult work positions.  Occasionally utilizes the sense of taste and smell, far vision, step stool, works around chemicals/cleaners, walks on uneven surfaces, lifts and/or carries up to 10-50lbs., operates motorized equipment and/or machinery.

Work conditions/hours: Days and hours may vary according to business necessity, including weekends, evenings, and/or holidays.  Standard restaurant working conditions. Frequently exposed to hot items.   Frequently works in a high-volume environment. May be exposed to extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, rain, snow, etc.
