Position Overview
Calling All Game Changers! We’re hiring Restaurant Leaders to manage the daily operations of a restaurant. General Managers and Assistant Managers will be responsible for all areas of operations: product, service, team, sales, and costs.
Requirements

High school degree or equivalent

Minimum of 18 years of age to operate motor-driven

General Manager: Minimum 3 years progressive food service management experience

Assistant Manager: Minimum 6 months food service supervisory or management experience

Knowledge of all restaurant policies, practices, and operational and human resource procedure

Ability to apply all Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, and codes to daily operations

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with others

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good working knowledge of word processing and email applications

Reliable transportation

Associate degree in related field preferred, but not required

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred, but not required
Physical/mental: Continuously utilizes speech, hearing, near vision, eye/hand coordination, color definition, manual/bi-manual dexterity. Frequently stands, walks, reaches above shoulders, bends, lifts, and/or carries up to 25 lbs., works closely with others. May require difficult work positions. Occasionally utilizes the sense of taste and smell, far vision, step stool, works around chemicals/cleaners, walks on uneven surfaces, lifts and/or carries up to 10-50lbs., operates motorized equipment and/or machinery.
Work conditions/hours: Days and hours may vary according to business necessity, including weekends, evenings, and/or holidays. Standard restaurant working conditions. Frequently exposed to hot items. Frequently works in a high-volume environment. May be exposed to extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, rain, snow, etc.
