Shopkick is in search of a Digital Marketing Analyst. Directly reporting to and supporting the Head of Growth, we are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies the company's mission and culture. You are a team player who excels at driving business results and making strategic recommendations based on data and testing. You work exceptionally well cross-functionally with strong communication and leadership skills. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate and collect key data with all marketing disciplines to manage reporting for user growth and retention optimization
Work with agency media buying partners to analyze and optimize campaigns for a multi-million dollar spend
Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement, to increase our user growth
Help explore and research new marketing channels, platforms and networks
Slice and dice complex data into meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
Maintain steady high performance by frequently monitoring campaign results and promptly responding with appropriate tweaks and changes
Analyze various algorithms, techniques and statistical models for predictions in a dynamic data environment
Optimize the landing page and funnel experiences to improve traction and conversion

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business
2 years of work experience
Ability to analyze an enormous amount of complex data and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
Ability to proactively seek, identify and evaluate new innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement
Excellent grasp of numbers with a love for data and analytics
Tech-savvy
Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
Nice to have
Agency campaign management experience is a plus
Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Tableau experience is a plus
Braze experience a plus
