The Store Assistant Manager provides leadership that drives the customer experience, for
overall operations and total store results.
- Leads store management team and is responsible for total store results.
- Gains business insight and creates action plans that improve the execution
and results.
-Merchandising is a Must!! Specifically Soft lines.
- Analyzes customer experience and insights and provides daily feedback to
the leadership team.
- Leads and delegates as appropriate, the execution of all merchandise direction.
- Accountable for all controllable expenses, including but not limited to payroll budget,
and market hire rate
- Ensures housekeeping and maintenance of the total store are executed.
- Supports development and implementation of store strategy to reduce shrink

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
