Producer's Assistant

We are a boutique media content company in Los Angeles that specializes in videos and photography for apartment complexes across the country. We are looking for a full-time Producer’s Assistant to help us out with mostly document work and administrative assignments. This is an entry level position, which is a great opportunity to learn more about video and photography production within the multifamily industry. This position would work M-W-F at our office and T-TH remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the Head of Production and Producer with day-to-day tasks and projects as they arise
• Perform administrative tasks such as taking notes during client creative calls, creating shotlists & production packets (call sheets), gathering necessary crew documents, requesting/filing company contracts & agreements
• Updating spreadsheets, compiling files, and data entry
• Assist Producers in the casting process of various projects as well as help determine wardrobe/props when needed

Skills Required:

• Adept with Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF and Google Suite (mostly sheets and docs)
• Good communicator
• High attention to detail
• Creative and collaborative
• Ability to multi-task while also prioritizing duties according to importance
• Positive “How can I help?” attitude
• Some interest or background in film and photography is helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
