The Fulltime keyholder position will bring out and foster your entrepreneurial spirit. The role of keyholder is responsible to assist in the growth of top line sales and help create a highly engaging and interactive in -store customer experience.
The successful candidate will share the vision for their store to inspire and motivate the team.
Responsibilities
- Outstanding personal sales
- Training sales associates
- A strong customer service environment
- Execution mechandising standard and all other operation standards such as tasks, inventory and cash balancing
Requirements
- Management experience with in retailer
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
- Available evening and weekends
