What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Server position at Shrimp Factory?
- Understand all restaurant operation policies and procedures, and Front Crew responsibilities and procedures.
- Team player and guest service oriented
- Motivate team members and strive to maintain a high level of cleanliness and ready to impress guests at all times with great service and product.
- Provide great customer service, greet customers and assist customers with their orders.
- Know how to promote the food items to customers
- Handle POS system properly
- Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedure at the end of each shift or day.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
- Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
