SUMMER 2022
Shure offers a challenging and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve week program is offered to undergraduate students that have completed at least 2 years of college, as well as graduate students. Each intern will receive a competitive salary and students who reside out of Illinois will receive a housing stipend to cover living expenses for hybrid or onsite internships. Applications will be collected, reviewed and selected candidates will be contacted in late fall/early winter.
The SharePoint Intern will handle a variety of duties related to SharePoint systems and gather and document metrics reporting on system usage.
This internship will be a combination of part-time remote/virtual and part-time in office.
Responsibilities
• Assist in monitoring of SharePoint systems and document metrics such as usage analytics• Help monitor SharePoint support queue and address user requests• Attend project and team meetings • Assist with SharePoint development work• Responsible for administering multiple facets of SharePoint, including workflows and more• Other projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
• Pursuing a degree bachelor's in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems / IT or related fields; completed 2yrs college courses
• Proficient in basic computer skills• Some knowledge of C#, .NET, html, JavaScript• Good organizational skills• Demonstrates excellent customer service• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to assist with the development of adaptive, creative solutions• Solid understanding of Microsoft office suite
